Booty Boot Camp

Hey guys and gals, hope you’re all doing well. I am exhausted, but I have to squeeze in another post for you dedicated followers of my sports and fitness blog. I recently signed up for a booty boot camp that goes for 4 months, 3 days a week. So far I have done one week of classes, and I am feeling the burn. This has been a more intense workout than any other camp or workout event I have done. A booty boot camp workout focuses mainly on your thighs and butt, but because the idea of a booty boot camp is to burn high amounts of calories quickly, you will also do a lot of cardio training which is one of the best ways to stay in shape. Many of the moves you will usually do are quite dynamic as well, meaning that you will be engaging your core and ab muscles as well as your leg muscles (not just thighs).

We will start a second level of the boot camp next month, doing it 4 times a week for 30 minutes a day with a 15 minute cardio session before and after the boot camp session. This is to get your heart beat regulated better, and to achieve a healthier resting heart rate. For the break days I have personally chose to do at least one hour of cardio, breaking that up into running, climbing stairs at the park and walking on an inclined treadmill. I have heard that it is possible to burn over 300 calories with the boot camp each day, not to mention the cardio sessions. Hopefully by the time I finish I will be a whole new me.
